How to refunds, Return and Exchange ?
Step 1. Go to your Order Purchase Details Click on Order Details
Step 2. Now you will see Open Dispute option, click on it.
Step 3. Now you will see a short form in which you have to write your correct Reason, if you add wrong Reason with photos then your refund will be blocked.so Set preferred Options > Bank Transfer click on Send
Note: Bank transactions fees is 5% and Shipping Amount Not Refundable for more info contact us thank you
Step 4.Now your refund is pending, the company will confirm your request in some time.
Upon completion, your refund will be added to your account wallet and you will also receive an email.
You can order anything again with wallet money.
